Brightwheel is the first all-in-one software platform for preschools. It helps to bring the parents "into the classroom" through pictures, videos, & real-time teacher communication. Promises staff and parents love how it streamlines their day and gives them a closer connection to learning.
Afterschool Enrichment are afternoons spent eating lunch then participating in activities centered around a particular theme. During this time they focus on hands on activities and crafts, specialized music and movement, and diving deeper into the content pertaining to the theme. Previous themes have included Christmas ADVENTures and Easter Blessings.
Emergency Management & Preparedness
Becoming a Part of Your Child's Day
Lunch Bunch is offered every Wednesday for our 3 year old and PreK classes. The children stay from noon-1:30pm to enjoy lunch with their friends and extra play time. This is such a fun time for them to strengthen the friendships and bonds they form throughout the regular school day while continuing to strengthen gross and fine motor muscles playing outside (weather permitting) or in our indoor gym space.
Promises is a member of the Safety Spotlight Program with the Institute for Childhood Pareparedness. The Safety Spotlight Program empowers early childhoos professionals with emergency preparedness planning, response, and recovery. We take the safety of the children in our care very seriously and strive to provide excellence in the area of emergency preparedness. Each staff member is CPR/First Aid certified and trained in all aspects of emergency management: Fire Drills, Tornado Threats, Intruders, Lockdowns, Missing Children, & Medical Emergencies. Every month training is reviewed in a specific area to practice and revise as new data and strategies are developed.
